How difficult is the assembly?

How do I measure my dog for the correct size?
Measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, and from the floor to the top of the head while standing. Add 3-4 inches. The dog should be able to stand up, turn around, and lay down comfortably.
What is your return policy?
If the crate fails to provide the unbreakable containment we promise, you may return it within 30 days. Please secure it in its original heavy-duty packaging to arrange freight pickup.
